Almost - - but not quite...

Angels lost a "close" one last night....7-5 against the visiting Toronto Blue Jays.

Following a bad run at the capri Casino in the Bahamas, I returned to my hotel room and actually found the Canadian broadcast of the Angels game.

Fighting off my urge to hear the Hud and Steve Physioc, and company, I got there just in time to see the Rally monkey-- they actually aired the clip from the Jumbotron at the Big A - - it was the Spiderman one - - -And the Angels put together a decent attempt at a comeback. Trailing 7-3, I think, in the ninth, they started off with some timely hitting and pulled close---7-5 the final score.

I think I heard them say that the Jays jumped out to a strong early lead of LAckey, and I guess even Mr. Reliable has a rough game every once and a while.

Anyway, I'm off to a Dolphin encounter w/ the kids (son, niece) and the rest of the family. Then back to the hotel for the Jamaican Yellow Bird -- - a yellow concoction LOADED with three kinds of rum and banana liqueur, only to pass out by the pool and wait for the all inclusive dinner choice du jour.

See you soon, and probably 4000lbs heavier, mostly fatty liver.
